We are looking for a passionate teacher or someone currently enrolled in a teaching course who is eager to develop their teaching skills within a warm and supportive environment. This role begins as a Class Support position, assisting one of our Head Teachers.

In this role your will
- Support our Head Teacher in creating beautifully organised, joyful classes, including studio setup, pack down and gentle resets between classes.
- Assist Head teacher with welcoming students for their class, as well as class crossovers, ensuring every child feels included.
- Help parents/students with Preloved uniform fittings.
- Identifying students that need extra support particularly in the Preschool classes and making them feel safe and included.
- Step into a caring “Class Fairy” role when needed, supporting younger students with bathroom visits. Remind students to collect their items when they leave so no precious items are left behind.
- Arrive in good time to be ready in a calm and organised manner to offer your best.
- Be a vision of the studio by immaculate grooming, proudly wearing the uniform and appropriate dance attire.
- Contribute to the studios high retention by supporting new and potential students to feel welcomed and at home from the moment they enter our doors.
- Grow into your teaching journey through observation, hands-on experience and guided mentoring from our Head Teacher.
- Be a part of the community through participating and attending our community events.
