Head of Preschool
At Le Petit Ballet, our mission is simple yet powerful: to create joyful experiences that inspire endless opportunities. We believe that the earliest years of dance are where confidence, imagination and a lifelong love for movement truly begin.
We have a rare and magical opportunity for a unicorn to become our Head of Preschool and lead and inspire our youngest dancers as they take their very first steps in the studio. This special role goes beyond teaching — it’s about nurturing little hearts, sparking creativity and building a foundation of joy and confidence that will carry children far beyond the dance floor.
As our Head of Preschool you will:
✨ Collaborate with the studio director to create our termly themes and programs.
✨ Inspire both preschoolers by leading our preschool program with warmth, kindness, and imagination.
✨ Create magical classes that nurture confidence, creativity, and community
✨ Support families in feeling connected and cared for within our studio
✨ Play a vital role in our team trainings, setting the tone for a nurturing and encouraging environment
We are looking for someone with a heart full of dance and a passion for sharing its joy. Someone who understands that in these precious early years, every smile, every skip, and every “first” matters deeply.
If you believe in the power of imagination, the importance of nurturing each child, and the beauty of building community through dance, we would love to welcome you into our Petit Team.
