Le Petit Ballet

Picture
At Le Petit Ballet we inspire a love to dance!

Le Petit Ballet is the place for your child to experience the joys of dance. Our studio is a vibrant space where each student feels connected and celebrated. We offer small classes for children from two years old including ballet, jazz, Lyrical and tap.

Our preschool programs inspire imagination and creativity. We believe in teaching freedom before form, to build your child's confidence and give your child permission to have fun!

As students grow and progress, we follow the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) syllabus. The RAD is a worldwide organisation that delivers the highest quality of dance programs.

Our studio is continuously evolving to support our students on their dance journey. Whether it is to provide a place to connect and be creative or offer the pathways if your child is interested in pursuing the arts.

We are proud to be an "Active and Creative Kids" provider.

We look forward to welcoming you to our community.

Miss Izzy
Teacher

Izabella started classical ballet when she was 7 years old and has lived and breathed the art form ever since. She has always loved that ballet requires rewarding discipline to train your body and mind to perform beautiful, technical movements. Izabella has completed all RAD exams Primary-Advanced 2 with distinctions.  She started off pursuing full-time ballet before transferring to Macquarie Uni where she has just graduated with her Bachelor of Arts Majoring in Dance Performance and Arts Industry Management. She is now currently studying a Masters in Creative Industries also at MQ. Since transferring to university four years ago, Izabella has found a love for teaching. She absolutely loves sharing her passion with students and watching their technique, artistry and love of dance grow. She believes that ballet provides more than just a love of dance, but also teaches dancers dedication, drive and provides a window into another world which allows life long friendships to flourish and remains part of you forever. Izabella has always found ballet and dance to be a fairytale world and she can’t wait to share this with the students at Le Petit Ballet. Her favourite ballet is Don Quixote and Coppelia because of the fun, stunning solo variations in both.

Miss Emma

Emma has grown her love of dance for over twelve years, understanding how it can be transformative for learning, wellbeing and connection. Through experience across numerous dance styles, including RAD & Cecchetti syllabus, contemporary, lyrical, jazz, tap and more, she quickly grew fond of the elegant strength learned in ballet.

Starting her dance teaching career at age sixteen, Emma takes a caring and imaginative approach in class, and always strives to motivate her students. Emma loves being able to pass on her excitement for ballet and enjoys helping the little ones grow their creativity and curiosity at Le Petit Ballet workshops.
